Follow these safety instructions for the safe transport, storage, and handling of dry ice.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Risk of cold burns:<\/strong> Never touch dry ice with bare hands \u2013 always wear protective gloves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Risk of asphyxiation during transport:<\/strong> Transport dry ice only in a well-ventilated trunk or cargo area, never in the passenger compartment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Risk of asphyxiation during storage:<\/strong> Store dry ice only in well-ventilated areas. Do not store it in basements or enclosed spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Risk of explosion:<\/strong> Never store dry ice in airtight containers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep out of reach of children:<\/strong> Dry ice is not a toy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not for consumption:<\/strong> Dry ice is not edible ice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong> Dry ice consists of frozen carbon dioxide (CO\u2082) at a temperature of -78.5 \u00b0C. When handled properly, it is safe to use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
